Happy Friday everyone! It has been a streeful week for me and I am so glad the weekend is here.

My question is:
How do you deal with stress?
It has been one of those weeks that it feels like its always something! I de-stress by escaping the situation and clearing my head. I either do something creative like
painting,
baking,
sewing or I just go shopping. So what do you do to deal with stress??
When I am stressed I sew or shop for fabric...and if it is REALLY BAD I take a Tylenol PM and throw the covers over my head!
ReplyDeleteI do dishes. I exercise. I eat(trying to eliminate that as an option). I read blogs. I organzie and de-clutter.

Eating...I know, not a great thing but it's honest. Sometimes I'll grab a coffee instead!
